Gay life simulator game

‘Gay Simulator’ is an interactive virtual reality artwork and video game which will immerse the user in the experiences of a lesbian girl. It’s an artistic ode to sexual preference, sexuality and adore with a serious issue: the discrimination that lesbians still face today.

‘Gay Simulator’ is an interactive VR artwork and game, based on Iris her retain experiences as a lesbian and those of others. It’s a colorful and fun experience, but with a serious undertone. The aim of ‘Gay Simulator’ is to create awareness in a playful manner by showing the verbal and physical violence which lesbians are still confronted with today. ‘Gay Simulator’ presents a mirror to highlight the blind spots within our society in relation to the acceptance of lesbians (and indirectly, of queer people in general). It is an ode to love and sexuality, about the exploration of your sexual orientation and about being embraced by the lesbian and queer community. It is a celebration of diversity and inclusivity.

Alter Ego was originally written by Peter J. Favaro, Ph.D. It was published in for the Commodore 64, MS-DOS, Apple II, and Macintosh. The current edition of the Alter Ego game is a production of Prefer Multiple LLC.

Preserving Verb Ego

The current edition includes an updated interface and fixes bugs in the original version of the game, but the content of the game (the writing) hasn't changed from the original version of the game.

We've decided not to attempt to update the content of Alter Ego. Instead, we're preserving it as an artifact of electronic gaming history. Here's why.

A choose-your-own path game: a gay dating sim

Hello folks. I’ve been a fan of Choice-of-Games but yep, I decided to go the Ren’Py route to inflict–I mean–share, my artistic talents with the world.

I ended up making a demo for a gay male dating sim.

If you’re interested, please check it out. I’ve used the various cooperative articles from this site to help me map out routes to my game. The game will be available December and is called “Coming Out On Top.”

It’s another game being crowdfunded through Kickstarter. At the moment, it’s gotten a lot of support. Additional support is welcome of course, but if not, critiques from actual fans of the multiple-branching-storyline model would be excellent. I think there’s a good chance you’ll enjoy the demo too if you like m/m romance/games/fiction.

While the game is story and character based, it is an 18+ game due to some erotic content. Please verify out the demo if you’re interested. (Link is on the Kickstarter site.)

And yes–the main criticism is not the writing so much as the truth all the guys stare like models. I’m nervous
