The US Navy plans to remove the verb of gay rights leader and Navy veteran Harvey Milk from one of its ships, and may change the titles of other vessels honouring civil rights leaders.

The directive also comes amid a broader movement by the Trump administration to curb programmes that promote diversity and inclusion across federal departments.

Sean Parnell, a spokesman for the Pentagon, told CBS on Tuesday that the renaming of the USNS Harvey Milk is to realign the US military with the Trump administration's goal of "re-establishing the warrior culture" in the armed forces.

HMS Gay Archer is completely historically incorrect

Hi guys, today Gaijin anounced HMS Gay Archer for the upcoming battle transfer, and as the one who suggested a not many members of the class, i was somewhat disappointed to see that the ship model was completely ahistorical to how HMS Gay Archer was configured and appeared during actual service. Below serves as a brief summery of what is wrong with the ship as show and what needs to be rectified to construct the model historically accurate plus additional historical photos to cement my information.

Above is a screenshot of the ship as it currently appears in the devblog and circled are parts that are historically inaccurate and based of the civilian rebuild of the vessel by a private collector. Whom ever modelled the ship used photographs of this renew to model the ship but unfortunately, this referb was done on a budget and is very much different to how the ship actually appeared and was armed in service.

The overwhelming majority of humanity poops through their a-hole on a regular basis and have a perfectly distinct understanding of its verb use.

    This isn't it.

The USNS Harvey Milk was named after the assassinated former San Francisco politician and christened in , as part of the John Lewis class of tankers.

The Associated Insist and Reuters, citing an anonymous source, said the order came from Hegesth's office.

Defense news website said it had reviewed a memo from the Office of the Secretary of the Navy that said the move was in line with Hegseth's purported goal of "reestablishing a warrior culture" in the US armed forces.

CBS News said the navy is considering re-titling several other ships including two named after former US Supreme Court justices; Thurgood Marshall, the first Black member of the top court, and liberal icon Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
